Not trying to come in here and trash on Suzukis but I have some story's. I worked at a dealership that sold Suzuki and there were multiple times we had a shipment show up and tried to drive them on the lot when the truck had dropped them off and the transmissions just didnt work. We just had to push them over into the gravel lot. But for real, that thing is pretty clean.

I agree that most of the tuner people, myself included, grew up and our income became larger. I started with civics and preludes, then S2000, now to supercharged mustangs. I still enjoy modifying it and the mustang crowd seems to be filled with alot of former tuner guys that have a little more money now and want a car that can be fast, reliable, and still have air conditioning lol.

The best way to get used to driving a stick is in stop-and-go traffic. I spent about 45 minutes to an hour in horrible stop-and-go traffic not too long ago, but I swear I became a first gear god after that.

Id argue that if you think the 8 is the best, then that would make the 9 actually the best. As it was the 4g63 final form, and it made the most "stock" power of the models, and had a larger turbo than the 8. Plus, like you said, you can get a wagon! And the mivec was mitsubishis last innovation for the 4g63 before going to the 4b11. Which as much as people hate on the X, it is a solid motor with impressive potential.

My friend sent me this video. I'm on my third AMG c63 with my latest one being the 2023 AMC c63s Finale edition. That bi-turbo V8 is so amazing. RWD or nothing at all is what i say. The only thing and I mean only thing that could have made the vehicle better is offering it in a third pedal. I have zero complaints about this whip. I have owned dozens of vehicles over the years. This platform is one of my favorites.
